At Blonde Ambition, we take pride in offering carefully curated vintage clothing, handmade Western-style jewelry, and authentic turquoise pieces. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our items, we have a strict no-refund policy with limited exceptions outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, fit, or general wear.

  • Each item is sold as-is, with vintage and handmade characteristics considered part of the item’s uniqueness.

  • Please read product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We inspect each item carefully before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Refunds or store credit are granted at our discretion based on the situation.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Items marked as vintage that show signs of normal age/wear.

  • Incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.

  • Delays caused by UPS or other shipping carriers.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, it will cover the cost of the item minus any shipping charges.
